… and hypnotizing the box with the milkbones…

They look so comfortable! This heat is something else……hope we don’t complain when it’s 20 degrees out this winter! ;o)
Great pictures Nadine! I just love little Tommy – he looks so sad after being scolded for the wallet incident…who could ever be angry at such a sweet and cute little boy?!
Most of these made me laugh outloud -especially the hypnotizing milkbones box photo – that is such a Ruari move – he’ll stand next to the milkbones box and stare at it while raising his eyebrows up and down – hoping somehow it will understand him and spill cookies all over the ground. My guys are glad for a cool day today. Can’t believe Ruari will be six next month! He is such a good boy and I still call him “my itty bitty puppy”. My Connor is 10 yrs old and as great a dog as ever. Fionna (lurcher) is not doing well – but hanging in there and still her feisty self. best wishes to all – Catherine
Our girl Darcy (5 yrs. old) does the same thing – she’ll sit and stare at what she wants, then pointedly look at you, then back to the treat again. Or she’ll sit, I’ll leave the kitchen and come back 5 minutes later and she’s still sitting, waiting so patiently (and so cute) that, of course, I relent. So spoiled!
Here’s a rare wolfhound rescue that I came across – http://irishwolfhound.rescueme.org/Ohio
Just thought that maybe someone could help out this handsome fellow, Grady.
p.s. Has anyone ever heard of a wolfhound who didn’t get along with other dogs? I haven’t, so I’m just wondering what the story is with that.
Hot and humid in Ohio? Imagine that. Conner, Harry, and Wylie
are tile dwellers also. It’s hot and dry in Colorado. Everyone is
doing well. Great pics, even greater hound dogs.
Bob T.
Tara has also developed a strong love for wood or tile floors. Love the pictures. The hounds all look beautiful. Loved your comments on them also. Looks like we’re in for the long haul on this heat wave. Keep cool, all!
